All our items are sent by either Royal Mail or DHL

WHICH COUNTRIES DO WE SHIP TO?

We ship worldwide. The list of countries is available at checkout. 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

 

All shipping costs £4 

 

TRACKING NUMBER

You will receive your tracking number in your order dispatch email.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Each item is made to order to reduce waste, please allow 3-4 weeks for production. You will receive an email once your item has been shipped.

Once dispatched please allow 

  • Domestic Shipping: 2-3 days
  • International Shipping: 3-5 days

 TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

All international packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes

All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer

All taxes and customs are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge

IS MY ITEM ELIGIBLE TO RETURN?

You can return your item if it is in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all their original tags / labels attached

We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of being delivered. 

Please note, any return item received outside the 14 day return policy will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return you will receive a refund. Please allow 5-7 business working days.

We do not accept exchanges or returns on sales or promotions.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage and packaging. 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?

Simply complete the return form and attach the return labels to the original package.

Your refund will be processed within 14 business days. You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed.

 

CUSTOMISED ITEMS RETURNS POLICY

Unfortunately, all customised items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This includes length alterations and selecting your own fabric combinations.

 

WHAT IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY?

If for some reason the item is faulty, please email us at info@la-llama.com and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please note the colour shades can slightly differ in each production run as the lighting used in production may have an effect on the colour.
